Pipe Bursting Richmond Virginia

USA Pipe Repair was called out by another plumber to help repair a sewer line which was not clearable. Once on site we found that there were multiple joints with heavy root growth. Due to the limited access in the crawlspace and the amount of root growth throughout the sewer pipe even underneath the house, we decided to burst the entire line. By using pipe bursting to replace the main we were able to install a seamless pipe from the back of the house to the city connection and only had to dig in the front yard at the city connection. The existing pipe and roots were pushed to the side by the splitting head as the new line was pulled into place. It does appear that we did a tremendous amount of digging but the front yard was only 5 foot wide. This was the most cost effective way of replacing this sewer line. The Costumer was extremely happy to have their job taken care of so fast.
