This process is relatively simple; prior to repair, we clean the host pipe and free it of any foreign objects. We attach the sectional point repair to an air bladder, then position the air bladder over the damaged area inside the host pipe. The air bladder is inflated and held in place until the thermosetting resin is cured. Access points are required for both upstream and downstream manholes. Because the host pipe was thoroughly cleaned and inspected, the resin will cure it smoothly.
