Vent Stack Relining in Richmond Virginia

USA Pipe Repair was called by one of our property management groups to solve a problem with a horrendous sewer smell in a down stairs bathroom. We camera inspected the roof vent and found standing water and lots of scale in the pipe. We also found mold in the down stairs crawl space. We repaired the vertical stack by reling it with a three inch perma flex material. We used this material due to the fact that there were three hard nineties in the stack. We used water to invert the liner and cow tube in order to fill out the 90’s. We also repaired a clogged sink while on site. The outcome was perfect, a fresh house with no sewer smell and no construction debris ripping out walls, flooring and no sign we were ever there. All work except for clearing the clogged sink was done from the roof of the home. It did take a little longer due to the cold slowing down the curing of the resin but it still only took seven hours with no mess.
