One of our clients needed this major project.

From Septic To Sewer System

Septic tank systems are the default wastewater systems for properties not connected to municipal sewers. Many will become outdated when increasing demands deem them no longer fit. Sewer line repair companies that also specialize in septic systems can convert them.

Converting to a sewer system is the best solution when the septic system becomes outdated. It can no longer handle the increased demands. Issues such as backups and pipe damage become more prevalent. They also cause serious wastewater damage, among other serious issues.

Such was the case when we got the call from a homeowner who needed a solution for an old septic system back in 2016. It was in an advanced stage of deterioration and was causing backups. Once a septic system starts

The project took extra effort to create the necessary space. It was a new sewer line replacement for the outdated septic tank. Before we could proceed, we had to deal with a nearby air conditioner condenser, a water line, a retaining wall, and two drainage ditches. These made the connection to the city sewer a challenge. We did manage to connect it with success.

As for the old septic system, we pumped it and then backfilled it with gravel and sand. Once done burying it, the new system worked. The plumbing under the home was then redirected to the other side of the house and into the new sewer line. This solved both the backup problem and the need to convert to a sewer.

The only way a septic-to-sewer conversion can work is when you have help from specialists who handle both. It will solve both its problematic effects and replace what’s needed. Call USA Pipe Repair for both sewer and septic services and solutions that work.
